`superpose`(mobile, target[, method, ...])	superpose two complexes
`superpose_selection`(xyz_mobile, ...)	superpose the xyz using the selection

`align`(pdb[, axis, export])	Align the max principal component of a structure along one of the cartesian axis
`align_interface`(ppi[, plane, export])	align the interface of a complex in a given plane
